Jesse May is almost barred from the hotel

Friday, October 31st, 2008

Famous commentator Jesse May has been chucked out of the hotel by the fashon police and not before time.

The normally smartly dressed New Yorker who is the voice of poker, had visited the gym and came out looking like a bad reject for Oxfam.

The manager was called and althought there were people dress as witches, vampires and monsters, he was asked to go change as he was frightning the children and their mums were complaining.

When it was realised that this is his normal ‘civi’ clothes, the manager allowed him to stay out of pity.

Green Room

Friday, October 31st, 2008

This afternoon we played our first sit n go from the green room. I lasted for a short while but the luck had deserted me.

Lets hope it returns before this evening.

Loopy thinks he is still in the Open by the way he is playing the £5 sit n go, a stern poker face and giving way to no one.

But 888 Fran took the first one down.

They are down to the final 3 in heat 9 with Andy Ward, Sunar and Josh Tyler

Papajac

Friday, October 31st, 2008

There are rumours that papajac has arrived as his flight was due into Heathrow this morning.

But after a long flight from Canada, he has probably gone for some shut eye and I hope to see him tonight.

The players are now being called to get wired for sound so I am expecting the show to be on the road before too long.

Green Room

Friday, October 31st, 2008

There is a atmosphere in the green room that is reminisant of a airport lounge when the announcement has just been made that the flight has been delayed.

There is a player missing, he is on the motorway and proceddings are held up until his arrival.

Surindar Sunar is reading the paper, John Tabatabai is playing some game on his phone and Roland De Wolf is drinking a concotion that can only be described and green pond water.

the turn comes a 7h and Loopy is drawing dead.

A great fight from Loopy and I’m sure he will have enjoyed himself.

He will certainly be disappointed but I’m sure we will help him drown his sorrows tonight.

He played well and gain a lot of respect form Jesse, Roland and the Pro watching in the green room.
